My experience has proven to me that local broker marketplaces promote equitable access to homeownership for consumers and for real estate businesses of all sizes by ensuring that all available homes for sale are obtainable by everyone…Ninety-eight percent of homes in Romania are For Sale by Owner, meaning two parties are making one of the biggest financial transactions of their lives without any experience or professional representation. While consumers in Romania often think they’re saving money on commissions by going at it alone, the reality is both buyers and sellers are losing money.
