Andrea Marzullo Lane is a real estate professional with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate in Omaha, Neb., leading her real estate team for more than 17 years. She has earned the Gold Standard Instructor from the Real Estate Educators Association and is recognized as an expert in the military homebuying niche and VA loans. She is helping NAR update the MRP certification course. Marzullo Lane holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting and theater from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has appeared onstage and on TV and radio.

Jimmy Vercellino is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Phoenix-based regional residential mortgage director at First Western Trust. During his time in the military, Vercellino, who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, traveled to countries such as Japan, Korea, Thailand, Australia and Singapore. He’s a licensed and certified instructor with the Arizona Department of Real Estate and teaches continuing education for real estate professionals across the nation.
