“Stephanie helped me to overcome my thoughts on being uncomfortable with delegation. It turned out to be a chance for me to allow my team to develop new skills. Approaching the thought process this way allowed me to not feel like I was pawning my work on others, but rather providing them with an opportunity. [Mentorship] turned out to be a way to guide my team, learn my team members’ strengths and invest in them.”
